Orders and Shipping
All orders are usually dispatched in 1 day. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive after dispatch!
Yes, we ship internationally! Please check the shipping options at checkout for availability in your country.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@mokajet.com. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mokajet espresso maker, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@mokajet.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they are shipped, but once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
